Catholic Identity Wallet Card
You may carry these cards in your wallet and they will identify you as Catholic in case of an accident or serious illness and will let medical personnel know that you want them to call a priest.
CHABC has a supply of these cards that are available at no charge to parishes, Church groups or individuals who wish to have them.
You may order the cards by sending an email to us at smhouse@shawlink.ca. We are able to distribute these cards at no cost because of the generous financial support of our members and others who believe in our mission and support it through tax-deductible donations to our Association.
